Each tutoring session is 60 minutes (one hour). This allows us to focus on the student’s learning objectives, review challenging concepts, and work through practice problems.
How do I book a tutoring session?
All tutoring sessions must be booked directly through our website. Simply select your preferred date and available time, complete the booking process, and secure your session.
How do I pay for tutoring sessions?
Payment is completed securely through our website at the time of booking. Your session is confirmed once the booking and payment are completed.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellations as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
Can I reschedule a tutoring session?
Yes! You can reschedule your session, subject to tutor availability. Please make any scheduling changes at least 24 hours in advance
Do you offer online and in-person tutoring?
Yes! We offer both online and in-person tutoring options, depending on the student’s location and scheduling preferences.

Are parents allowed to sit in during tutoring sessions?
Yes! Parents are welcome to sit in during tutoring sessions if they wish.
Do you offer a free consultation before the first session?
Yes! We offer free consultations to parents and students before getting started. This gives us an opportunity to learn more about the student’s needs, discuss academic goals, and determine how we can best support their learning journey.
What happens if a student arrives late?
Tutoring sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, as our tutors may have another student scheduled immediately afterward. Unfortunately, missed time cannot be added to the end of the session.
Can I book multiple sessions in advance?
Absolutely! You can book multiple tutoring sessions in advance through our website, based on available scheduling times.
Do you offer tutoring packages?
We currently offer individual tutoring sessions rather than prepaid tutoring packages. Each session can be booked and paid for separately through our website.
